WHAT COLOURS DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?

We have in excess of 25 colours available providing a wide range of colours and shades to choose from. All of the polyethylene colours are based on the Colourbond colour scheme which means you’ll be sure to find the right one for your requirements.

CAN I CONNECT MY TANKS TOGETHER?

Certainly. If you choose to purchase multiple tanks to sit side by side they can be connected via the gate valves, overflows or from overflow to inlet strainer, depending on your requirements.

WHAT BASE DO I NEED FOR MY TANK?

We recommend you use 75 – 100 mm packing sand. This base should be 300 mm greater in diameter than your water tank.

WHAT FITTINGS COME WITH THE TANK?

Your tank will come complete with a 400 mm inlet strainer, 90 mm overflow, brass outlet and gate valve. The size of the outlet and overflow will depend on the size of the tank you purchase. If you require a different size to the one provided or extra fittings added to your tank this can also be done but will incur an extra charge.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY TANK?

Payment can be made in a number of ways. When you are called to inform you of your delivery day you can pay over the phone by credit card, or we can provide our bank details for you to pay by direct deposit. Alternately you can pay the driver on the day of delivery by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

Delivery is free in most parts of Victoria.

HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver statewide to most areas. Some areas of Victoria are inaccessible by our truck so unfortunately, alternate arrangements would have to be made.

WHATS YOUR WARRANTY ON YOUR TANKS?

All of our tanks come with a 15 year guarantee. This gives you peace of mind to know that your tank will be repaired or replaced by us should there be a manufacturing fault. Incorrect installation of your tank would void the guarantee so we highly recommend you follow the correct procedures of installation as set out in the guarantee card provided to you with your tank.

DO YOU INSTALL YOUR TANKS?

No we do not install the tanks but where possible our driver will try to ensure that your tank is placed on your prepared base or as close to it as he can, depending on the access. You will require a plumber to install your tank if you want it connected to your house or if you are just wanting to have a basic set up this is an easy process for any handyman.

DOES YOUR TANKS HAVE SUPPORT POLES?

All of our tanks have a self-supporting roof eliminating the need for a centre support pole.

WHAT ARE YOUR TANKS MADE OF?

We only use polyethylene compliant with Australian Tank Standard AS/NZS4766:2006. This polyethylene is a food grade material that is BPA Free.

DO YOUR TANKS HAVE A LID?

Our tanks are rotomolded in a one piece construction which means they do not have a lid, seam or join.
